Legal agreement governing your use of kudu4d services
Welcome to kudu4d. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and kudu4d ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the kudu4d website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, "Services"). By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or using any kudu4d Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of kudu4d Services and refrain from creating or accessing an account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms and any future amendments.

Any User found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately suspended, all Bets voided, and funds (excluding winnings) returned after deducting applicable fees.
You possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. If you are acting on behalf of a legal entity, you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
You are a resident of Indonesia or are physically located within Indonesia at the time of Account registration and each subsequent use of kudu4d Services. kudu4d Services are designed exclusively for the Indonesian market and may not be available in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of kudu4d Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. kudu4d does not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gaming in your specific location. If online gaming is prohibited or restricted in your jurisdiction, you must not use kudu4d Services.
You are not a person who is self-excluded from gambling activities, nor are you subject to any gambling-related restriction order. You are not employed by kudu4d, any affiliated entity, or any game provider whose products are offered on the Platform. Close relatives of such employees are also ineligible.
You do not currently hold, and will not create, more than one Account with kudu4d. Multiple accounts held by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.
To access kudu4d Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian KTP or passport), date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address, and preferred banking details. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.
kudu4d is required by international anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations to verify the identity of all Users. You must submit clear, legible copies or photographs of your government-issued identification document (Indonesian KTP or passport) and, if requested, proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months). Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of Account creation may result in Account suspension and restriction of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You agree to:
You acknowledge that you are fully liable for all activities conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not. kudu4d shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
Your kudu4d Account is personal to you and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account to any third party. You may not permit any other person to access or use your Account. Accounts suspected of being operated by third parties or used for commercial purposes (e.g., arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, syndicate operations) will be immediately suspended pending investigation.
kudu4d accepts Deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: bank transfers from BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), and Mandiri (Bank Mandiri); and e-wallet transfers from OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and other supported digital wallets. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). kudu4d reserves the right to add, remove, or modify payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposits made during Indonesian banking hours (typically 08:00 to 16:00 WIB, Monday through Friday) are usually credited to your Account within 5 minutes. Deposits made outside banking hours or on weekends and public holidays may take up to 24 hours to process. kudu4d does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose transaction fees.
The minimum Deposit amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction. The maximum Deposit amount is Rp 100,000,000 per transaction for standard accounts. Higher limits may be available for VIP members. You may deposit multiple times per day, subject to daily cumulative limits set for responsible gaming purposes.
You may request a Withdrawal of funds from your Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:
kudu4d aims to process Withdrawal requests within 24 hours of submission. First-time Withdrawals may take up to 48 hours due to additional security verification. Withdrawals are processed to your designated bank account or e-wallet during Indonesian banking hours. Requests submitted on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. kudu4d does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may impose receiving fees.
kudu4d is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. Deposits must be wagered at least once (1x turnover) before Withdrawal is permitted. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering—such as depositing and immediately withdrawing without significant gaming activity—will be suspended pending investigation. kudu4d reserves the right to request additional documentation, including source of funds verification, for large or unusual transactions.
From time to time, kudu4d may offer Bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, free bets, or other incentives (collectively, "Promotions") to Users. All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions disclosed at the time the Promotion is offered. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before participating.
Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as turnover requirements or playthrough requirements). The wagering requirement specifies the number of times you must wager the Bonus amount (and, in some cases, the Deposit amount) before the Bonus and associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100,000 Bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires Rp 3,000,000 in total Bets before withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, table games may contribute 10-20%, and live casino games may contribute differently. kudu4d operates Promotions in good faith and expects Users to participate fairly. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited:
Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all Bonuses and associated winnings forfeited, and their Account may be permanently suspended.
Bonuses and free bets typically expire if not used or wagering requirements are not met within a specified timeframe (commonly 7 to 30 days). Expired Bonuses and any associated winnings are automatically removed from your Account. Check the specific Promotion terms for expiry details.
A Bet is considered accepted and binding only when confirmed by kudu4d's system and recorded in your Account transaction history. kudu4d reserves the right to refuse or limit any Bet without providing a reason. Bets placed on events with incorrect odds due to technical errors or operator mistakes ("palpable errors") may be voided at kudu4d's discretion.
Sports Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the governing body of the respective sport (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). Casino game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer actions. In the event of a dispute, kudu4d's decision is final and binding.
All games offered on kudu4d are provided by licensed, internationally certified game studios. RTP percentages are disclosed for transparency and are calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual session results may vary significantly from stated RTP due to variance and randomness. kudu4d does not manipulate game outcomes and does not guarantee winnings.
In the event of technical malfunctions, communication failures, or software errors affecting game outcomes or Bet placement, kudu4d reserves the right to void affected Bets and refund stakes. kudu4d is not liable for losses arising from technical issues beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity problems, device malfunctions, or third-party service outages.

You may set daily, weekly, or monthly Deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through your Account settings. Once set, limits cannot be increased instantly—a cooling-off period (typically 24 to 72 hours) applies before increases take effect. Decreases are effective immediately.
If you feel your gaming is becoming problematic, you may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Temporary exclusions range from 24 hours to 6 months. Permanent exclusion is irreversible. During exclusion periods, you will not be able to access your Account, and any attempts to create new accounts will be detected and blocked.
Enable reality-check reminders to receive periodic notifications showing your session duration and net position. These interruptions help maintain awareness and prevent losing track of time.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Balance (after deducting outstanding obligations and applicable fees) will be returned to your registered bank account or e-wallet within 7 business days. kudu4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if:
In the event of termination for breach, kudu4d may withhold your Balance and winnings. In cases of suspension pending investigation, your Account will be frozen, and access will be restricted until the investigation concludes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming standards and best practices, with due consideration for Indonesian consumer protection principles where applicable. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of kudu4d Services shall be resolved as follows:
Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact kudu4d customer support in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.
If informal resolution fails, any remaining dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a single arbitrator in accordance with internationally recognized arbitration rules. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding on both parties.
You agree to resolve disputes with kudu4d only on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative proceedings.
